History of the car:

The only infomarion I know about the car for sure is what I got off a CARFAX report on it.  Which is that it has'nt been wrecked or any other major damage, and that it was sold new in TX to the original owner.  I bought this car in July of 2002 with a little over 74,000 miles.  Since then I've been trying to maintain it and do some worthwhile modifications to it as much as possible.  The car is a Chevrolet Camaro, Z28, with every option except T-top's & Leather.

The car came stock with a 5.7 liter, LT1 engine.  The transmission is a 4L60E automatic, and origianally had the gas-friendly 2.73 gears w/limited slip rear.

List of modifications:

Engine:
NGK TR55 plugs
K&N FIPK GenII cold air
TPS airfoil
Taylor Spiro Pro plug wires
Vortech T-Rex Fuel Pump
Vortech FMU controller
CSI Billet Electric Waterpump
!TB Bypass
!A.I.R. pump removal

Exhaust:
Stainless Works y-pipe, 2 1/2" ----> 3" mandrel tubing from manifolds to the stock muffler/tips, no cats

Drivetrain:
Richmond Pro 3.42 gears
Firestone SZ50 EP tires

Computer/Electrical:
PCM programming from Madz28.com
Manual high/low fan switch

Suspension:
Energy Suspension Polyurethane Panhard rod bushings
Energy Suspension Polyurethane Torque Arm Mount

Exterior:
Clear marker lenses(kinda ricey, but I like them)
C-A-M-A-R-O reflective rear valence inserts($ well spent....lol)

Recent Maintenance

New GM opti-spark distributor
Changed both front axle bearings
Freshened rear end, gears, changed all bearings, including wheel bearings and seals
New front pads/hawk perf. ceramic/rear/turned rotors, usual crap

Performance History:

The car has only been to thunder valley once.  It ran a variety of times, lol.  When I went the only modification the car had done to it was the cold air and air foil, and it did'nt have the tires that it does now.

Best time: 13.69 @ 101.99 Better times to come w/new mods & tires...

See the timeslip.....
